Ensuring the health and well-being of our employees and guests is our most important priority.

The Anner Hotel are delighted to have completed Fáilte Ireland’s Infection Prevention Control for Tourism Businesses course showing our commitment to providing our team and customers with a safe space.

1. Are there any changes to check in or check out?

Our check in/check out time remains the same however, we will try our best to accommodate early check in requests to reduce wait times and accommodate travel schedules. 

2. Will Valet Parking & Porterage Services be Offered?

No valet parking will be available. Porters will be able to assist with removing luggage from the car on request and proceed to bring the luggage to the room.

3. Do I need to wear a mask?

Face masks are no longer mandatory in Ireland from the 28th February 2022, however, we have advised all our staff that they may continue to wear a mask if that is their preference. We would therefore advise the same to all our Guests and shall leave you decide whether you choose to wear a mask. We have removed all Covid-19 guidance signage but we will continue to provide hand sanitisers in all key locations.

4. Are there any changes to my room?

Normal cleaning and sanitising of guest rooms will be adhered to. Frequently touched areas will be thoroughly disinfected during your stay. (i.e. telephones, remote controls, safes, switches, handles, taps etc)

Extra pillows and blankets are stored in guest room wardrobes. 

We will not be operating a mini bar service however all items will be available through room service including soft drinks, wine and spirits, snacks and treats

Tea and coffee making facilities will available in the room

Rooms will be cleaned daily and replenished with toiletries and clean towels and sheets.

5. What additional cleaning protocols are being introduced?

Industry-leading cleaning and sanitising protocols are used to clean guest facilities, with particular attention paid to high-touch items including television remote controls, toilet seats and handles, door and furniture handles, taps, nightstands, telephones, in-room control panels, light switches, temperature control panels, luggage racks and flooring. 

6. Will there still be a buffet breakfast?

Orders will be taken for Juice, Tea/ Coffee, Breads. Hot breakfast as always is the case at The Anner Hotel, will be cooked and served from the kitchen to ensure the highest quality of breakfast for you. 

7. Will the restaurants and bars be open?

Yes, the restaurants and bars will be open as normal. Buffet and table-side service are available and a delicious a la carte offering to include seasonal specials and signature dishes will be served as normal. All dishes will be of our normal excellent standard.

8. Will our leisure centre operate as normal?

Our Swimming pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi will operate as normal.  The Gym will open and operate as normal also.

We would recommend changing and showering in your own bathroom, to ease your access to the facilities and use your dressing gown to travel to and from the pool.

Mature Gardens to relax in, outdoor Patio area for drinks and dining. The hotel is located within a 10 minute walk of the town centre, where guests can enjoy a range of shops, Bars, Park, Cinema and Semple Stadium.
