We just had our wedding in the Anner Hotel and it was the most wonderful experience. Deirdre had everything planned perfectly for us.From the first day we stepped in the door of the Anner Hotel Deirdre went out of her way to help make our day a day nobody would forget. The food was out of this world and every member of staff went out of their way to make our day as magical as we hoped it would be. There was not one thing I could I could fault. Myself and my husband recently had our wedding at The Anner. We were helped ever step of the way by Deirdre their wedding coordinator, I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Everything was amazing from the minute we view the venue up until our check out the day after the wedding. The food was out of this world all of our guest thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were so helpful and beyond brilliant at their job! And the hotel itself is like home with how welcoming it is! Deirdre is one of a kind a true lady as well as every other staff member we dealt with!”

“Beautiful wedding venue
We had our wedding at the Anner hotel last month, and we couldn’t have been happier with how our day turned out. First of all we would like to thank Deirdre the wedding co ordinator she was absolutely amazing and from the moment we met her we felt so comfortable and knew this was were we wanted to get married every time we’d call down with questions she was more than accommodating. And the rest of the staff too were just so nice and very helpful always made us feel welcome. The food was absolutely amazing from start to finish and our little boy who has autism is a very picky eater and nothing was ever a problem they were so accommodating for his needs too. Can’t recommend the Anner highly enough they are absolutely amazing at what they do. Thank you so much guys for making our wedding so special.”

We got married on the 4th of April in the Anner Hotel and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

From the very beginning, Deirdre Crowe was just unbelievable to deal with. I actually knew Deirdre from years ago when I worked as a waitress at weddings for her in another venue, and she was every bit as amazing to work with now as she was back then. She looked after us so well and gave us brilliant advice in the whole year of planning it.

Even though we had a smaller wedding meal with only 33 guests, and then a larger reception from 5pm, we were still treated so special by Deirdre and all the staff. Nothing was ever a problem—everyone was so courteous, helpful and genuinely lovely to deal with.

The whole day ran so smoothly, and that was completely down to Deirdre and her fantastic team taking such great care of us. The food was impeccable, both for the dinner and the evening reception—our guests are still talking about it!

We are so grateful to everyone at the Anner Hotel for making our day so perfect. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough to anyone planning their wedding and I wish i could start the day all over again.

Wedding day experience

We chose the Anner Hotel as the venue to celebrate our wedding day, and it was truly one of the best decisions we could have made. The hotel itself is beautiful, and from the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and highly professional.

The food was outstanding, and every detail throughout the day was executed perfectly. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful setting than the stunning ballroom at the Anner Hotel to celebrate such a special occasion.

A special mention must go to Deirdre, the wedding coordinator, who made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Everything ran effortlessly, and we had complete peace of mind knowing that all aspects—from the meal service to drinks and everything in between—were expertly managed.

The wedding package offered was excellent value, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate dietary requirements. As a dairy-free bride, I was particularly impressed by the care and quality of the food provided—something that can often be challenging when dining out.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful to the entire team at the Anner Hotel for making our wedding day so memorable and special. We cannot thank them enough.
